But Eli’s journey didn’t stop in Mexico.

After cutting his teeth in kitchens across L.A. and Mexico City, and staging under some of Latin America's top chefs, Eli came back to what mattered most—bringing bold, honest, ridiculously good Mexican food to the people.

At Copa, Eli’s mission is simple:
